J-Hope (제이홉)
Jung Ho-seok (정호석; also stylized j-hope; born Feb 18, 1994) better known by his stage name as J-Hope. J-Hope is a South Korean rapper, producer and member of the male kpop group BTS formed by HYBE Labels (Formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment). J-hope made his debut with BTS on Jun 13, 2013.
J-Hope took dancing classes at Gwangju Music Academy and became a part of an underground dance team called "Neuron" in which he went by the name Smile Hoya. Finding inspiration in G-Dragon and Beenzino, J-Hope initially auditioned for JYP Entertainment but ultimately became part of Big Hit Entertainment. Eventually, J-hope debuted as a member of the group BTS; a boy group that went on to grow as a worldwide phenomenon. With passion and ceaseless efforts, J-Hope became one of the most sought after artists of his generation.
