Naruto Episode 1 Synopsis
Twelve years ago, a vicious tailed beast known as the Nine-Tails attacked this shinobi village of Konohagakure. Many shinobi fought the beast, but killed everyone who stood in front of it.The Fourth Hokage saved the city by sacrificing his own life to seal the boy and the beast away.
Now Uzumaki Naruto is a prankster who causes constant trouble throughout this Konohagakure after graffiti in the Hokage Rock. Having no parents or friends, he enjoys the attention he gets through reprimands. Although Naruto claims to be a talented shinobi who would one day become Hokage, Naruto is unable to perform basic techniques such as cloning techniques. Mizuki, who is alone, tells Naruto that if he can steal the Sealing Scroll and learn one of its secret techniques, he will be allowed to continue in the ninja ranks...and graduate.
After successfully stealing the scroll, Instructor Umino Iruka finds Naruto and Naruto realizes that Mizuki was tricking Naruto. Mizuki arrives and gives Naruto the scroll that Iruka told Naruto not to. Ask you. Afterwards, Mizuki says he wasn't the one who lied to Naruto, and explains that the Kyuubi, which has been sealed inside him since the day he was born, is the reason the villagers hate him so much. He explains that Iruka must hate him the most because Kyuubi was the one who killed his parents. I sympathized with him because he craves attention... Naruto, who believes in dolphins, defeats Mizuki using his newly acquired Multiple Shadow Clone technique.
Surprised by the complex techniques Naruto has learned, Iruka officially makes Naruto a ninja by giving him a guard on his forehead.
